Payment Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with any payment or payment plan on this site, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Commitment to Full Payment
By entering into this payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase amount for the goods/services selected. The payment plan does not constitute a subscription, trial, or cancellable arrangement once activated; it is simply a method that allows you to split the total amount into multiple instalments.
Instalment Payments
For instalment payments, the total amount due will be divided into the number of instalments displayed at checkout. Each instalment will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide on the dates specified. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available for each instalment.
Legal Obligation to Pay
By submitting your payment details and confirming this plan, you enter into a binding agreement to pay the total amount in full. Failure to complete all instalments may result in:
suspension or withdrawal of the goods/services provided,
referral of the outstanding balance to a collections process,
any additional fees or charges permissible by law.
Payment Method & Authorisation
You authorise us (or our payment processor) to automatically charge your selected payment method for each instalment on the scheduled dates. If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-process the charge or contact you for an alternative method of payment.
No Cancellation of Outstanding Balance
Cancelling, changing, or requesting a refund for the payment plan does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining balance unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by us.
Updates to Payment Information
You must notify us promptly if your payment details change. Failure to do so may result in missed payments and associated consequences.
By clicking “Confirm Payment”, "Get Access" or any other payment confirmation button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Payment Plan Terms & Conditions.
The following Terms & Conditions refer to the Amplify Membership Programme:
1. Introduction
Welcome to Amplify! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Amplify's Membership Programme. By subscribing to our programme, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
2. Membership Period & Access
2.1. Your Amplify membership is valid for one month from the date of enrolment, subject to renewal and these terms and conditions. Your membership will be automatically renewed each month unless cancelled.
2.2. Amplify observes a scheduled operational pause of live calls for 6 weeks per year. During these periods, amplify will operate as usual, the the community will remain open however Hannah will not be available and there will be no calls on these weeks. Members will be notified in advance of these dates.
3. Membership Fees
3.1. Membership fees are due in full upon enrolment and are non-refundable after 48 hours, except as explicitly provided in these terms.
3.2. The membership fee covers access to all Amplify services and benefits for the duration of the membership period, except during the scheduled operational pauses.
4. Member Conduct
4.1. Members are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct. Any form of harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or spamming is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Amplify reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for any member found in violation of this code of conduct. Such determinations will be made at Amplify's sole discretion.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, the membership fee is non-refundable. Cancellation is done by emailing hannah@amplifyu.io and needs to be done within 48 hours of the next billing cycle.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation, access to Amplify services and benefits will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
6.1. Amplify reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes and continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
7. Liability
7.1. Amplify shall not be liable for any failure to provide services during the scheduled operational pauses or in events outside of Amplify's reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
